Never wonder if your system's actually working.
SolarWatch is RV solar system monitoring for Victron systems we installed in Tucson — we keep eyes on your rig and reach out proactively the moment something needs attention, before a small alert becomes a trip-ending problem.
Your VRM alerts don't check themselves.
Every Tucson RV Solar install includes a free Victron VRM account and six months of free monitoring — plenty of time to see your system doing its job. After that window (or anytime you'd rather have us watching instead of you), SolarWatch and SolarWatch Pro keep someone on your alerts.
We catch it first
A fault code or low-voltage alert gets our attention before it gets yours — often before you'd notice anything at all.
You get the plain-language version
A monthly summary email in plain English, not raw VRM data you have to interpret yourself.
Help is a call away
Email support on every plan; live phone and text, same business day, on SolarWatch Pro.
Two ways to never guess again.
Both plans cover the Victron system we installed. Switch the toggle for the annual rate — it works out to about two months free either way.

One page covering what to check yourself, what's worth a call, and the few signs that mean stop and call immediately. Keep it in the rig.
What the guide covers
The download above is the full one-page PDF. The short version is right here, so it's useful even without opening it.
Check this first
Open VictronConnect or your Cerbo/Touch screen — most systems show the actual issue in plain language, including battery percentage, solar input, and any active alert. A production dip above about 104°F is normal, not a fault, and a firmware prompt or a brief WiFi/cellular drop after a move usually clears on its own.
Worth a call, not urgent
An alert that's still active after checking the above, a real drop in battery runtime, or a new noise from the inverter or charger — all worth a call, just not an emergency one.
Stop and call immediately
A smell of smoke or burning, visible damage on any component, or a shock, arcing, or sparking. Shut the system off at the battery disconnect if it's safe to do so, then call — don't wait to see if it clears.
Before you sign up.
What happened to my free 6 months of monitoring?
Every Tucson RV Solar install starts with a free Victron VRM account and six months of free monitoring. SolarWatch and SolarWatch Pro are what you move to after that window — or you can start on either from day one if you'd rather have us watching from the start.
What's not included?
Neither plan includes on-site visits, full system redesigns, or any work on a system we didn't originally install — no exceptions there. Both cover the Victron equipment we installed.
What's remote programming assistance?
A SolarWatch Pro feature, on the system we installed: complete system/firmware updates, programming or adjusting Victron Assistants, and Cerbo GX setup for Mopeka or Ruuvi sensors you've installed yourself. Give us 48 hours' notice. Before we change anything, we send you a plain-language summary of exactly what's changing and wait for your written go-ahead — nothing happens without your sign-off.
Which tier is right for me?
If you're comfortable reading a monthly email and calling us yourself when something looks off, SolarWatch has you covered. If you'd rather call and talk to a person the same day — or want us handling system updates and sensor setup remotely — SolarWatch Pro adds that.
